职位描述：
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Describe The Essential Job Responsibilities, Be Specific And Concise.)
? Participate as an active member of cross-functional team to support on-time launch of projects.
? Participate projects from indirect sourcing side and interface with other departments in the projects to understand project goals, sourcing SOW, requests or specs etc.
? Develop project sourcing strategy to meet project goals
? Lead, manage and coordinate indirect sourcing activities per sourcing process for indirect sourcing projects related to Indirect Purchasing, Managed Service, Integrated Service, Installation Service, Retail and Security business and others with co-working with indirect global or regional category manager, ACN people and local purchasing function
? Always pursue the best terms and conditions to meet profitability objectives.
? Work closely with Legal and Compliance to negotiate/process/implement contracts and ensure all Diebold confidential information is protected by a corporate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
? Provide regular project status reports to management team and relevant parties
? Keep tracking supplier’s performance and develop/maintain long term supplier relationships that provide competitive advantages such as lowest cost, excellent quality/service level and superior customer service.
? Drive total cost ownership with co-working with relevant parties
? Formulate, maintain and distribute product cost profile at component level for purchased products

? Represent and maintain Diebold’s brand and values to the supply base with highest level of integrity and ethics.
? Survey and certify new suppliers in conjunction with business, finance, legal/compliance. Audit supplier conformance to quality, capacity and cost commitments.
? Lead and manage indirect categories in region with aligning with global or regional sourcing strategies and indirect buying policy
? Develop and manage a solid supply base to support business objectives.
? Drive continuous cost reduction with suppliers to meet company’s saving target.
? Conduct formal Quarterly Business Review (QBR) to evaluate supplier performances and drive supplier’s corrective actions and continuous improvements.



JOB REQUIREMENTS (State The Type of Education, Experience, Competencies (Knowledge, Skills And Abilities) To Fully Perform The Requirements Of The Position. Identify core competencies, Leadership competencies and Functional competencies)

? Academic background:
- Bachelor Degree; PMP/CPM is preferred.
? Working experience:
- 3-year experience in project management
- 5-year Indirect or Service Sourcing experience
- Working experience in banking related industry is preferred
? Skills and abilities:
- Excellent English ability
- Supplier and project management experiences
- Ability to successfully operate at several levels within an organization and at varied cultural, social settings.
- Strong oral and written communication skills plus ability to make effective and persuasive group presentations.
- Ability to communicate effectively (both written and oral) in English & Mandarin is a must
- Mature judgment to identify and analyze problems on a daily basis and implement solutions.
- Strong proficiency in computer software applications such as Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
- Highly organized with a multi-tasks orientation.
