Responsibilities 职责
As a Customer Care Representative at Olivia’s Place you will be responsible for the following:
作为上海大蕴之家的客户关系代表你需要完成以下的工作内容:
· Ensure patient information is accurately entered and updated in our practice management system & filed.
             在系统中更新输入客户的信息,并整理纸质档案以保证信息的完整性和准确性。
· Schedule and track patient appointments in person, email, or phone, via timely communications with patients and their therapists; make appropriate notations in practice management system.
              通过电话和邮件的方式及时和家长沟通,安排预约,保证治疗师和家长之间有效及时的沟通。
· Demonstrates superior customer service skills in person, over the phone, and via email.
              通过电话和邮件展现出很好的客户服务技巧。
· Support invoicing, issue fapiao and help maintain records for administrative expense management.
              为客户开具收据和发票,行政费用的记录。
· Ensure a welcoming environment for in-clinic patients, by maintaining a clean and tidy waiting area, and by greeting and helping patients, families, and other visitors.
              热情接待来访的客户,维持等待区域的整洁。
· Contribute to high level of patient satisfaction by facilitating patient interaction with the clinic.
              通过和客户之间的良好互动来提高客户的满意度。
· Assist direct manager with any new initiatives or special projects related to patient experience and satisfaction.
               协助直属经理完成一些新的举措和特别的项目来提高客户满意度。
· Update internal communication logs, and tracking patient scheduling issues in an appropriate, and timely manner.
              及时与团队成员进行沟通,协调安排客户的预约需求。
· Participate as an active member of a cross-functional administrative team, seeking advice as appropriate.
              作为一个跨职能管理团队的一员,在行政管理方面能够给予适当的建议。
· Adhere to the confidentiality policy and demonstrate best practice in this regard.
               遵循客户信息保密政策。
· Observe safety precautions and keep equipment and materials in good condition.
               注意安全防范措施,管理好办公室的设备设施。
               Effectively communicate company mission and goal to a diverse audience.
               和公司其他部门进行有效的沟通和配合完成公司的任务和目标。
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING任职资格
· At least 1.5 years of work experience.
               至少有一年半的工作经历
· Demonstrates professionalism
               专业的工作态度
· Exceptional interpersonal skills – warm & friendly
               出色的与人沟通的技巧—温暖和友好的
· Good spoken and written communication in both English and Mandarin
             良好的中英文口语沟通和书写能力
· Comfortable communicating with a diverse population in both English and Mandarin (parents, teachers, clinical and administrative staff)
              可以流利的用英语和中文与不同的人进行交流(家长,老师,治疗师和行政人员)
· Responsible and able to take initiative
               工作积极主动,有责任心
· Good organizational and self-management skills
               具备良好的组织能力和自我管理能力
· Quick learner, flexible and adaptable
               有较强的学习能力,善于变通,有很好的应变能力
· Able to deal with sensitive information with discretion and diplomacy and to maintain confidentiality at all times
               能够处理好关于客户的敏感信息并做好保密工作
· Tech-savvy and comfortable with office programs like Excel, Word, etc.
               良好的电脑技能,熟练使用Excel和Word
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE优先考虑的条件
· Experience in customer service in a healthcare setting or other service-oriented professions
              有在医疗保健机构或者其他服务型专业的公司工作过的相关客户服务经验
· Experience working as part of a cross-functional team
              有在跨职能团队工作过的经验
· Experience maintaining confidentiality practices
               有维护保密信息工作的经验
· Passion for helping children with special needs, and their families
               热情帮助有特殊需要的孩子们和他的家庭
· Cross-cultural work experience
