职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities:

1．及时回应客户询价，向客户提供准确报价，并跟踪结果；负责合同的审核、签订、执行、管理及相关款项的催收；及时、准确录入和维护Infor系统、CRM系统信息；
Respond to inquiries timely and quote correctly; Responsible of contract checking, signing, execution and customer payment schedule; Key in customer information in CRM and Infor system and maintain these systems properly.
2．根据每日收款情况，制作相关单据安排发货、订货事宜，确保货物按约定时间到达客户；
Make documents based on the payment schedule of customers and arrange shipment accordingly to ensure the timely arrival time on the customers’ site.
3．了解（Senior：熟悉）公司产品及系统解决方案，提供技术咨询服务，协调解决客户困难，并及时反馈客户信息，确保客户满意度；
Have a good knowledge of products and system solutions; Provide technical service to customers and help them to resolve their problems to ensure the satisfactions.
4．维护客户关系，倾听客户意见，正确处理并跟踪、解决客户投诉，记录并反馈信息；
Maintain the relationship with customers; Listen to their opinions; Handle and follow up the complaints correctly and keep in record
5．和外部销售配合跟进项目，完成订单销售和内部流程，包括标书制作、合同审核、款项催收、文件收集及递交，以及其他项目执行节点的跟进；
Coordinate with external sales to follow up projects and get sales orders; Responsible of internal sales procedures including making bidding documents, contract checking, collection of payment, document collection and hand over, etc.
6．主动联系客户（含电话、email等），了解并理解客户需求，发展客户关系，发掘销售机会（Leads），记录Phone Call，并促成销售；
Take the initiative to contact customers by mails or calls; Get to know and understand the requirements of customers; Develop relationship with customers; Find business leads; Record phone calls and finally get sales orders
7．主动跟踪外部销售、市场部开发的Leads，筛选有价值、有质量的Leads，如有必要要求外部销售进一步跟进；区别关键客户或客户级别，积极产生、扩大客户需求；
Take the initiative to follow the outside sales leads or leads developed by Marketing department. Differentiate key customers or customer levels; Generate and expand customer demands;
8．维修、质保事宜的受理及跟进；维修泵的收发及进程管理；协助建立产品维修档案和维修记录，负责相关技术文档建立和用户意见反馈搜集；
Handle and follow repair demands from customers; Receive and deliver these pumps need to be repaired and manage the repair procedures; Create and maintain repair files and repair records; Create related technical files and collect feedback from customers;
9．上级指定的其他工作。

1．较强的表达能力和沟通能力；
Strong ability of expression and communication ability, sweet voice, affinity;
2．具备客户服务意识，良好的团队合作能力;
Have the customer service consciousness, good team cooperation ability;
3. 较强的学习和适应能力；
   Good learning ability and adaptability
3．良好的英语听说读写优先。
Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
1．本科学历；
College diploma or above;
2．1年以上外资企业内部销售或者客户服务经验者优先。
