职位描述：
1、 Supply pre-sale and post-sale support of BioTek’s instruments.
提供BioTek所有产品的售前和售后技术支持
2、 Carry out day to day routine repair/maintenance instrument work.
负责客户仪器的日常维修维护
3、 Install equipment at customer's facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications.
负责客户的仪器安装并确保按照说明书正常工作
4、 Support the BioTek instrument warranty/out warranty service.
负责BioTek仪器的保内、保外维修
5、 Assist sales and application to develop sales marketing
协助销售开展应用培训工作开拓市场
6、 Well document and report out-of-box quality and field service issues to Service manager & service support organization
为维修经理&维修部门提供现场检测数据


资质要求:

1、 Above 2 years instrument service experience and preferably field service experience
两年以上维修经验/现场维修经验者优先考虑
2、 Understand tools and service practices and resource relationships
熟练使用常见维修工具，具备一定维修能力和资源
3、 Good communication in spoken and written English
良好的英语说写沟通能力
4、 Electronics, Automation, Medical Devices are advantage
电子专业、自动化专业、医疗器械专业优先
5、 Good knowledge of computer skills
良好的计算机技巧
6、 Positive, optimistic, hardworking, cooperation and adaptability
工作积极主动、性格乐观，能吃苦耐劳，具有很强的团队合作精神以及适应能力
7、 Accept excellent Fresh graduates
