工作职责：
Accountability
The Sustainability Developer – Social is accountable to:
? Ensure suppliers conduct self-assessments on Social issues supply chain following H&M working method.
? Communicate the areas of improvement to supplier and guide them through a root cause analysis
? Support supplier and internal team on capacity building in different areas.
? Carry out the trainings, educations and workshops decided in the Annual Action Plan
? Monitor supplier progress and communicate on performance with supplier.

Main Responsibilities
Develop Supply Chain Partners on Sustainability
? Conduct desktop and onsite validations according to H&M working method
? Analyze collected data from suppliers, communicate to suppliers’ management and guide factory management how to collect correct data on Social issues.
? Analyze trends, conduct root-cause analysis for low performance.


任职资格：

Secure H&M Standards
? Analyze and evaluate different dimensions (self-reporting, validation, risk factors, supplier type, trends, and patterns) to establish effective dialogue and advice on remediation to supplier management.
? Suggest and implement creative, practical solutions on the challenges to secure sustainable supply chain.
? Maintain up to date information on the database and systems
? Ensure requirements and encourage supplier to implement best practices in supply chain.

Communication and co operation
? Maintain up to date information on relevant regulations, trends, and industry initiatives.
? Communicate key aspects of above with relevant internal departments and external stakeholders.
? Collaborate with relevant business teams to achieve mutual goals.
? Identify good practices activities carried out (by suppliers, other supply chains, stakeholders, brands, internally) and evaluate the possibility of replicationscaling up
? Support sustainability seniormanager in social analysis, assessment, programproject evaluation
Education and Experience requirements
? Degree in: Business Administration Accounting Law Political Science Social Studies Humanities
? Professional work experience within: data analysis, statistics, human rights issues, non-government organizations
Knowledge and Skill requirements
? Auditing experience in manufacturing units, preferable sectors i.e. apparel footwear ceramic leather.
? Experience from working in a factory is a plus 举报 分享
