Responsibilities and Main Tasks/ 主要职责和任务:
1）Maintain outputs by ensuring that process (Mould and Machine) cycle time and cavitation comply with agreed standard. 确保工艺(模具和机器)周期和出穴率符合标准，保证产量。
2）Dentify process drifts and proceed to their troubleshooting using approved methodology. When required assist tool room on the identification of root cause for damages.
鉴别工艺变化，使用批准的方式进行问题原因分析。
3）Maintain a system of detailed and formalized notes on all process, including tool specific instructions to assist setters in reducing setting adjustment and tool change downtime.
维护所有工艺记录系统，包括详细正式的笔记，与模具具体相关的指引，帮助减少因参数调整和模具变化带来的停机时间。
4）Maintain a database of colour settings that are tool and machine specific to reduce downtime and wastage at colour changes.
维护与模具和机器相关的颜色设置数据库,减少因颜色变化带来的停机时间和浪费。
5）Training and guidance of apprentices, trainee setters and bank setters.
实习生和上下模人员的培训和指引。
6）Tool, material and colour trials with the aim of reducing costs, improving cycle times and maintaining/improving product quality.
减少成本，提升生产周期，维护和改善生产质量，进行工具、原材料和颜色有关试模。
7）Assist project manager to follow up new project and complete the qualification of new products. 协助项目经理，跟进新项目的安排，完成新产品的认证工作。
8）Based on the mould and relevant materials provided by the customer, complete the mould trial, fill in the record and complete the report.
根据客户提供的模具及资料，完成试模工作并且填写试模记录完成试模报告。
9）After approval of the new product from customer, complete standard process documents and ensure the consistency of the process between trial and production. Change process based on the company change procedure whenever there are changes.
在得到客户新产品批准后，完成标准工艺文件，保证试模与生产时的工艺一致。如果工艺有任何更改，必须按照公司变更流程进行更改。
10）Optimization of process of old product and set up standard process document.
对旧的产品进行工艺优化流程优化并制定标准工艺文件。
11）Responsible for solving difficult problems in production and follow up.
负责生产疑难问题的解决与跟踪。
12）Meet KPI set by supervisor from time to time based on the company objective.
负责达成上级经理根据公司目标制定的KPI目标。
13）Follow company Policies/Rules 遵守公司的规章制度、各项规定。
14）Having EHS sense and follow company EHS Rules 具有EHS意识，并遵守公司EHS相关制度。
15）Other related tasks assigned by superiors主管分配的其他相关任务。
Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
1）Education/学历要求：College or above 大专或以上学历
2）Working experiences/工作经验要求：
3 years working experiences in an injection machine factory, package industry is a plus
注塑行业3年相关经验，包装行业优先考虑。
3）Computer skills/电脑能力要求：Good/良好
