职位描述：
Purpose of Job:
Ensure demand planning and coordination of internal resources to deliver on-time-in-full according to customer needs. Ensure capabilities of local masterplanning, call-off and order fulfillment.

Ensure delivery of planning functional activities

1. Track the fulfillment of production orders and the backlog of orders
2 Keep good communication with CS team; work together to solve any special issues during the order fulfilment
3 Maintaining accurate data to support the master scheduling process (e.g. leadtimes, lot sizes, etc)
4 Generate and review daily, weekly, monthly demand / capacity statements and reports
5 Continuously improve forecast accuracy with sales team
6 Be responsible to the FG inventory healthy, balance inventory target with required customer service levels
7 Track the defective handling in system and follow up disposal


Education:
 - Colleague degree or above in Logistics chemistry or related major

Business experience:
 - Minimum 2 years PMC relevant working experience in manufacturing industry
 - Good command of data concept, analytical skill and MRP/ERP knowledge. Good command of SAP system is preferred
 - Good MS skills in use of word, excel and PPT
 - Good command of English (Oral and Written)
 - WINS processes and knowledge of production processes are preferred
