职位描述：
1、背景
-机械工程学士学位或同等学历；
-至少四、五年机械工程和工艺工程或金属材料工作经验；
-在金属加工方面，具备良好的理论知识和实践经验；
-在新工艺实施方面具备成功经验，包术家括非标设备；
2、专业技能
-具备机械工程及设计专业知识；
-电脑使用熟练，熟悉MS office，熟练使用AutoCAD/ProE等绘图软件；
-具备使用各种工具分析和解决问题的能力（5whys，FMEA，5m…）；
-熟悉质量管理体系，会使用各种检测工具；
3、任务和项目
-根据法国总部工艺开发流程进行各种钻头的新产品开发项目；
-与生产部紧密合作，开发新产品的开发和老产品的工艺改良；
-与质量部配合，进行产品测试，提高产品性能；
-与销售部紧密合作，根据市场需求开发新产品
-密切配合法国研发中心，在全球范围内持续开发新产品；
-管理层交办的其他工作
每周向管理层汇报每个项目的进展情况，并介绍下周的计划
4、个人特质
-积极、主动、好学；
-具开放的心态，乐于迎接挑战；
-动手能力强，可进行一些简单的试验如钻孔、机器调整等；
-语言要求：中文熟练，懂英语/法语者优先。

1. Background
- Mechanical Engineer Bachelor degree or equivalent
- At least 4-5 years experiences as Mechanical engineering and Process Engineering or Metallic material
- Good theoretical and practical knowledge in metal machining
- Successful experience in implementing new process including non-standard equipment

2. Professional Skills
- Expertise in mechanical engineering and design
- Good command in AUTOCAD and Pro Engineer or equivalent
- Microsoft Office
- Problem analysis and solving methodologies (5WHYS, FMEA, 5M …)
- Familiar with Quality Management system, quality measurement instruments

3. Tasks / projects
1/ Project Manager of new process / new product development in Tivoly tool according to TIVOLY France development procedure.
Bullet drill, Color ring drills, 7-edges drill, Quick change drill
2/ Work closely with Production Dpt for new products ramp-up and old products improvement
3/ Works closely with Quality Dpt to test and improve our manufactured tools performance
4/ Works closely with Sales Department and NPD to develop new products in accordance with market needs
5/ Works closely with French R&D to keep a consistent Development process for tools within the group worldwide.
6/ Other tasks assigned by Management
Reports on weekly basis to Management the advancement of each project and introduce next week’s planning
