*全英语工作环境

岗位职责：

1.根据设计规范要求，完成水暖，强，弱电施工图设计。
2.协调现场施工，图纸修改。
3.方案阶段中水、电气部分的产品标准确定

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，电气、给排水、工民建或其他相关专业；
2、熟悉机电、暖通、消防、电气等设计规范和验收规范，熟悉各类机电系统的设计标准。
3、工作细致，强烈的责任心，能承受工作压力。
4、熟练地英语沟通能力。




Welcome foreigner candidate to this position(English working environment):

Responsibilities:

1. To participate in interior decoration and mainly be responsible for electricity or pumping CAD drawing, prepare the design basis, concepts and details drawing.
2. Coordinate onsite construction and modify drawing accordingly.
3. Prepare rules and standard of facility for specific project.



Qualifications:

1. College graduate in electrical engineering, excellent command of English both in speaking and writing
2. At least 1-2 years experience in electrical and construction/interior decoration project
3. Familiar with local and international codes and standards
4. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
5. Willing to travel
6. Inovation to design
