职位描述：

Job Description:

1. Analysis of the customer requirements for the motor
2. Clarification with the customer in case the Brose motor can not fulfill parts of the total specification and generate advance quality plans(APQP) with the customers , suppliers, production team and central departments.
3. Q-planning of Integration of electronic control units (Electronic Hardware/ Software) into the motor if applicable
4. Internal release of the motor with respect to the Brose motor specification for a specific seat or window regulator system
5. Creation of quality concept for the windows regulator/Seat Motor for plant
6. Creation of prototype, pre series and series control plans
7. Definition of safe launch activities and fire walls (if necessary)
8. Support of the design team in case of quality crisis occurred internally/externally
9. Coordination of quality requirements with the customer and supplier
10. Any ECR include new tooling, relocation, localization etc support get internal release and customer release

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, automotive manufacturing, or other comparable engineering area
2. More than 6 years working experience in Quality area and at least 3 years as quality planner and 3+ years of window regulator or seat motor manufacturing or design
3. Good communication skill.
4. Good organization ability.
5. Good negotiation skill.
