职位描述：
1) Be knowledgeable about the products to answer the customer enquiries.
2) Identify and respond the customers’ enquiries ,work closely with the team for the cost analysis and quotation.
3) Bidding & contract review for the commercial terms & conditions.
4) Bid bound tracking & routing report
5) Process orders & contracts from domestic & overseas customers and input in AX & SAP system, ensure the accuracy of the order entry and changes.
6) Order tracking , delivery schedule management and shipment arrangement according to the policy, liaison with the logistics & customers on the shipment schedule, packing documents and other requirements.
7) Purchasing price maintenance & negotiation with the supplier
8) PO process to the supplier , internal dept. and company
9) AR aging management and collection according to the commercial terms & conditions
10) Various of customer complaints handling

Qualifications：

1） College degree or above, New graduates or 1- 2 years relevant experience.
2） Rich experience with the contract terms, conditions, logistics ,business and international trade is preferred
3） SAP or AX system experience is preferred.
4） Good communication and teamwork skills, customer satisfaction oriented
