职位描述：
Key Accountabilities:

Buying & Merchandising
To process ordering and invoicing procedure according to company guideline
To provide administrative support for stock replenishment
To coordinate order and delivery with corresponding departments e.g. warehouse, Sales & Operations and logistics to ensure smooth and on-time delivery
To assist with maintenance of RMS master order form and vendor database
To assist with procedures required for vendor set up

Reporting and Data Management
To support the supervisor in terms of monitoring sales and stock levels by preparing reports and generating data from the RMS in regular basis
To perform daily sales tracking for new brands and analysis reports for special projects
To accurately input data into the RMS in a timely manner
To consolidate sales performance, e.g. roadshows, seminars, cabine, DM bounce back result etc. of all brands on a regular and ad-hoc basis for review by buying and marketing teams on time

Relationship management
To work closely with cosmetics marketing team and deliver the appropriate brand image to the end customer, through the correct communication channel
To work closely with the vendors and sales &operation team under the direction of supervisor and maintain a timely delivery to stores
To attend training sessions for all new brands

Requirements:
Preferrable at least 3 years from Retail/Cosmetics indrustry
Familier with merchandising management
