Main Task
主要任务

- Operate and manage server, network and firewall infrastructure in China and all other Asian sites
日常管理和运维中国及亚洲地区的服务器，网络及防火墙
- Monitor Hardware/Software installations, in case of incidents debugging and troubleshooting in collaboration with the global IT team

- Provide technical support for end users in China and other Asian Sites on a daily basis

- Create, solve or dispatch and monitor incidents in the Servicedesk system

- Document fixes and manuals (Knowledge-Base)

- Operate local printer and telephone system

- Manage the IT assets (maintenance storage room and inventory system)
