Job responsibility ：

l Familiar with whole assignment Management process, be able to handle work from client management to candidate searching independently；
l Maintain customer relationship and keep good relationship with current clients；
l Find new business in accordance with revenue targets.
l Have comprehensive and systematic knowledge about client industry including org-chart, main department, key position responsibility and business procedure)
l Track middle and high level talent status and communicate directly with clients
l Collect information about competitor in the region
l Encourage team member to participate decision making process
l Make team development plan and find support and resources；
l Coordinate and guide team member to achieve goal
l Team leading ability to predict and make career plan for team member


Job Responsibility：

l Bachelor or above degree
l Three years working experiences , at least two years in head hunting company
l Strong communication skills. Make judgment through systematic questions；
l Team leading experiences will be preferred
l Frank and upright personality. Team work spirit is highly valued
l Proficient English ability in writing, listening, speaking and reading
