职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deeply involved the development of market entry model including distribution strategy, launch plan, demand creation model with optimized consumer touch point management that enable us to execute the planned strategy and maximize brand availability / presence in the market.
- Manage and deliver all customer services, ensuring rapid response and high satisfaction levels.
- Review all distributors and recommend retaining, replacing or adding new distribution partners. Build-up optimizes distributors system by Channel.
- Achieve distribution targets and ensure an increase in coverage of targeted retail customers.
- Establish contacts and evaluate performance of potential distributors.
- Build-up professional retailing system including products and selling skill training for sales and promoters
- Manage SNOP in daily operation and provide more accurate sales monthly forecast.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales & marketing discipline, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience
- Experience in multinational companies
- Good negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker
- Self-starter
- In-depth knowledge and proven successes in sales and distribution management in China,
- Heavily involved in sales management, marketing and promotion activities
- Good presentation and communication skills
