Job Responsibility：

l Conduct search and pre-screening to identify potential candidates for searches；
l Conduct deep communication with candidates, collect resume and make prescreening
l Understand basic interview skills and arrange interview schedule.
l Have comprehensive and systematic knowledge about client industry including org-chart, main department, key position responsibility and business procedure)
l Update and enrich industrial knowledge


Job Requirements：

l Bachelor degree or above；
l One year working experience；
l Smooth communication skill with clear expression ；
l Efficient worker with warm and proactive character
l Frank and upright personality. Team work spirit is highly valued
l Proficient English ability in writing, listening, speaking and reading
