职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
l
Lead & coordinate with all functions in preparing the Project's Day 1 readiness, which includes but not limited to :
- construction follow-up
- operating procedures / SOCs
- PSSR & RTO (readiness to operate )
- Training /Training system and skills certification
- Commissioning plans
- Emergency readiness ...etc.
l
Plan, organize and direct resources of the Operations functions in commissioning and starting up the HMD facilities.
l
Manage the day to day operations and be responsible for the overall performance of the operating units. These include monitoring and continuously improving asset availability /reliability, efficiency, optimal inventories and cost of manufacturing.
l
Establish operating standards and strategies required to meet and exceed business objectives.
l
Work to achieve targets as set in the annual site P.O while meeting 10,000% compliance and through a MBM cultured organization.
l
Attract, retain & develop diverse groups of talents consistent with our values / beliefs and MBM principles and continue to upgrade the talent pool, thereby building an organizational culture consistent with MBM principles.
Qualifications (knowledge / skills / experience)
l
An engineering degree holder with at least 12 years working experience in technical, operations or maintenance in a chemical plant or oil refinery of which at least 5 years were supervising roles in operations.
l
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
l
Possess good financial and business acumen.
l
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and lead multi-disciplinary teams with strong leadership skills, as well as hand-on and team player.
