GENERAL:

1. Ensure keep high safety, COC & compliance standard

2. Routine maintenance

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide supervision on the daily work to ensure high quality of work and good safety performance to meet site scorecard

2. Trouble shooting support to daily maintenance activities.

3. Monitor the training plan and to ensure training is conducted as plan and adjust the training base on the business needs

4. Train & develop people to multi-skilled technicians to reduce cost and to increase performance.

5. Monitor routine maintenance key performance metrics(PPM, scheduling, planning, OT) to ensure maintenance activities is carried out on a high efficiency manner

6. Ensure RM process is carried out as RT requirement without short cut

7. History, record management -- 100% compliance with RIM requirement

8. Spare parts plan optimize -- 0 process interruption due to lack of spare parts meanwhile control spare parts inventory

9. Ensure ISO procedure is followed

Qualifications (knowledge / skills / experience)

1. University/College graduation in E/I or Mechanical or other related engineering field.

2. At least 3 years of experience in chemical or fibers relevant field.

3. Be able to supervise technicians, provide administrative & personal support and coordinate area maintenance activities.

4. Oral and written English communications skills essential.
