我们的客户是一家知名的美资IT公司,目前因公司发展需招聘HR & Admin Director,要求有大型IT外资公司的HR部门管理经验,英语流利,熟悉人力资源架构搭建以及公司的部门建设,具体要求如下:
Job Title: HR and Admin. Director
Reports to: GM – SH
Location: Shanghai China
Primary purpose of this position:
This position is charge of the management of HR department and provides relevant service for management. Help management to motivate the whole team and improve the quality of the company team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall planning HR development strategy and management system base on company development situation
- Manage recruiting and employee selection program based on business need and requirement.
- Set up and continually evaluate company compensation policies and procedures and make adjustments to stay competitive within Hi- Tech industry
- Drive implementation of reward and recognition program.
- Determine, program goals and priorities and allocates staff resources. Assist department heads in their manpower needs, forecasting and planning.
- Plan to develop the skills needed for organizational capability or facilitate the training.
- Updates top management of critical human resource situations and issues, including changes in manpower needs, legal considerations, hiring / disciplinary / termination practices, etc.
- Responsible for company culture set up and provide good communication channels between the management and employee and help to build healthy organizational culture
- Take care of the management of full functions for HR & Admin. department
- Good cooperation with other functional departments and headquarters
- Good communication with the local authorities;
- Manage HR staffs of other branch offices
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree, majoring in Human Resource, Psychology or equivalent
- Minimum of 10+ years of working experience, with at least 8 years in management level position.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese Employment Laws and Regulations required.
- Possess leadership qualities and passion for HR
- Excellent Written skills for HR related policy and documentation
- Excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English
- Independent working capability, highly responsible and reliable
- Honest, mature, with warm personality, superior interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Experience in foreign invested company during Hi – Tech industry preferred.
