职位描述：
Job Descriptions:
1. Commercial management including rates administration and quote management.
2. Follow up with operations to provide closed loop response to customer's enquiries and request.
3. Communicate with global colleagues, global customers, manage customer escalations and assist to drive initiative for continuous process improvement.
4. Prepare reports and provide analysis on efficiency and profitability of account.
5. Multi-task across different customers/programs.
6. Support in large scale projects or full ownership of small scale projects.
7. Account management activities e.g. billing, invoicing checking.

Job Requirements:
1. Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
2. 3-5 years demonstrated work experience in customer service, supply chain management.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluent in both English and Chinese.
