职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. To support the monthly demand plan preparation through analytical review of Commercial Sales Forecast;
2. To execute the plan using a weekly demand planning process that improves service level to customers;
3. To minimize the impact of constraint situations on customer satisfaction;
4. Generate and execute validated demand plan in both short term and long term, liaising with supply planning, sales, marketing and customer care;
5. Contribute to Month-3 forecast accuracy improvement together with Asia sales and GBU;
6. Support on relevant projects implementation and go live;
7. Ensure and align the demand allocation and prioritization with sales, marketing, PLM and customer care(also for imported products sold in Asia but produced outside Asia);
职位要求：
Qualifications:
1. Have 5 years equivalent(demand / planning) experience;
2. Have good communication skills and fluent in both written and oral English;
