Your team
Evidence Lab is one of the most innovative and highly regarded teams in UBS Investment Bank. We thrive on innovation and work as a startup within a well-established and well-funded investment bank. We specialize in various analytical techniques including web harvesting, geospatial, social media, and market research
At the heart of this capability is the ability to systematically gather, cleanse, structure and analyze primary data about the companies and markets that we do research on. This is the responsibility of the Primary Research Operations team you will manage, which includes specialists with technical skills in data analysis, data quality, web mining, and specific research domains such as geospatial or social media analytics.
Your experience and skills
You have:
? 8+ years of experience developing and managing large teams
? 5+ years' experience in a data/technology-oriented role
? Excellent people management, leadership and communication skills
? Experience managing the execution of complex operations processes
? Experience with web scraping, data quality, geospatial analysis, or social analytics a plus
You are:
? ready to join a fast growing team in a dynamic and challenging environment
? a people person who loves the challenges of managing
? relentless in pursuing new ideas and self-improvement
? Able to think outside of the box and solve abstract, ill-defined problems
