IT Assistant
IT助理

Job Description:
工作描述
Cooperate with company network equipment, servers, computer hardware and software installation, configuration and maintenance;
协助公司网络设备，服务器，计算机软硬件安装、配置和运维。
Cooperate with all company staff’s computer system maintenance, backup and recovery;
指导公司员工计算机的使用，备份和回复
Cooperate with office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines, photocopiers, etc.) of the maintenance and repair work;
协助维护、简单修复公司办公设备，如打印机、扫描仪、传真、复印机等
Cooperate with managing the assets of the computer hardware, regular inventory, ensuring the integrity of the assets
协助管理计算机硬件资产，定期盘点确保资产完整性
Cooperate with managing related network security and the local area network (LAN);
协助管理网络安全及相关设备
Help team members to share the Helpdesk responsibility, solve the problem of the user of IT;
协助桌面支持，解决最终用户的IT问题
Maintenance the related documents of IT department and ensure the documents with fit the company IT management need;
维护更新IT相关文档，确保公司IT相关文档有效性
Other work arrangement by line manager;
直线经理安排的其他工作

Job Requirements
职位要求
Computer related professional college degree or above, more than one year relevant working experience;
计算机专业大专及以上，1年以上工作经验
Know basic IT commonly used hardware such as network, server, routing exchange, as well as common Office software (Windows 7, Office, etc.);
了解IT基础硬件支持如windows系统，网络，服务器，路由，邮件及office软件
Basic English listening and speaking skills, good English reading and writing ability;
Proactive, strong learning ability;
基础的英语听说及良好的读写能力。良好的学习能力。
Strong executive ability and team cooperation ability, with good service consciousness;
良好的执行能力，团队协作能力及良好的服务意识
Good communication skills, establish a good interpersonal relationship with business department and other team members;
良好的沟通能力并与商务部门及其他团队成员建立良好的人际关系
Good compressive capacity;
良好的抗压能力
Good ability of self-control and time management skills.
