职位描述：
You will be professionally presented at all times and providing an excellent first impression of the company both in person and over the phone, meet and greet visitors.
You will co-ordinate meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared accordingly and organizing visitor refreshments, take responsibility in supporting the office manager for facilities.
You will be responsible for ordering and managing all office supplies, and supporting the HR team in logging holiday and absences.

4, Deliver incoming/outgoing transit of packages, couriers and mail
