Job description
Coordinate all quality inspection reports and reworking with factories
Analyze main quality issues and follow corrective actions and preventive actions with factories
Analyze main quality feedback from customers and follow up the right actions to avoid these quality issues to happen again
ANALYZE ALL PRODUCTS PACKAGING AND IMPROVE PACKAGING ON SITE WITH FACTORIES. Take into consideration the demand of every customer to find the right balance in Packaging material and cost.
Visit All factories to define acceptable level of quality
Support quality inspectors in their daily job and their quality inspection reports review
Analyze and review all factories inner quality system
suggest and follow up improvements
Set up clear packaging making procedure to reach mail order packaging level
Technical files review
Sample development following
Master samples inspections
Assembling instructions checking
Technical sheets checking
Online inspections
Pre shipment inspections
Loading inspections
Issue and review QC reports
Solve quality issues met with factories

Working background

MORE THAN EIGHT YEARS minimum working experience as QUALITY INSPECTOR and SUPERVISOR in SOFA and FURNITURE BUSINESS is required.
GOOD EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF PACKAGING.
Experience and knowledge of the following products is compulsory for this position: sofa, furniture and sanitary ware.

Good communication skills.
