职位描述：
Duties:
1. Assist sales director to formulate yearly quarterly work target and plan of CS
2. Assist sales director to formulate job dutiesof CS, formulate ISO documents and update timely
3. Supervise the daily work of subordinate with timely and good quantity; ensure company's rules and regulations executed smoothly
4. In charge of customer service routine and yearly evaluation
5. Assist to achieve yearly sales target, provide sales monthly report and make detail sales analysis
6. Assist sales to complete survey of customer satisfaction
7. Training new comer, assist customer service communicate with other dept and customers, to be backup for any customer service
8. Attend intergrated management system implement requirement, management system audit, internal audit and supplier audit
9. Other assignments from superior

Qualifications:
1. College graduate or above, above 3 years' customer service supervisor experience
2. competency in office software, fluent in both oral and written English
3. Out going, good communicating, coordinating,organization and management skill
4. Detailed, patient, independent,just and responsible
5. work under pressure,enterprising spirit
