1. 创意团队的总领军人物，领导着策划与设计
2. 本科以上，广告从业6年以上，2年以上大型广告公司同等职位经历
3. 有创意思想：触觉锐利，思路清晰，理智精准，能够带领团队准确确立创意方向及创意概念
4. 出色的策划能力：能够胜任活动、展览的策划
5. 优秀的中英文理解，出色的口头和书面表达能力

工作职责

1. 执行并监督创意与策划项目的完成，包括美术设计和文字描述符合总体策略
2. 对客户进行创作表现提案
3. 对第三方进行要求和进行品质控制
4. 负责对创意和策划小组成员的专业培训和指导
5. 负责分配部署创意人员工作，与客户总监密切协调和配合完成整体工作

任职资格

1. 正规院校本科以上相关学历
2. 5年以上广告创作工作经验，2年以上创意团队总监岗位的管理经验，有成功项目案例
3. 有领导魅力，有团队技能培训的成熟经验
4. 工作效率高，并能承受工作压力
5. 具备良好的团队合作精神和高度的责任感
6. 擅于把握策略方向
7. 具有良好的提案能力和沟通技巧
8. 有服务汽车化妆品行业经验的优先

l Job Function
1. Responsible for planning and design as the leading figure
2. Bachelor’s degree and above, over 6 years’ experience in advertising, over 2 years’ relevant experience in large advertising agency
3. Lead the team to accurately establish creative directions and concepts with sharp awareness, clear ideas and precise reasoning
4. Excellent planning ability
5. Good spoken and written abilities in both English and Chinese
l Responsibilities
1. Execute and supervise creativity and planning, including art design and text description
2. Strong presentation skill
3. Monitor the operation of third parties
4. Train and guide the whole team members
5. Responsible for job assignments and coordination with account director
l Required Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree and above
2. Over 5 years’ experience in advertising and over 2 years’ managerial experience with successful cases
3. Have experience in team capacity training with good leadership
4. Be able to work under pressure with high efficiency
5. Team-oriented spirit with good sense of responsibility
6. Have the ability in controlling strategies
7. Good proposal capability and communication skill
8. Experience in serving auto and cosmetics business preferred
