职位描述：
Job description：
-Register the invoice in Finance system by 3-way matching (PO+ receipts + invoice), communicate with the relevant people for variance, return the invoice to the supplier if the variance can’t be solved;
-Verify T&E and payment request for non-trade, and register in Finance system;
-Run the monthly payment proposal and initiate the payment process;
-To mark sure control advance payment and clear them on time;
-Assist General Ledger Accountant for export VAT refund;
-Make the payment according to the company’s policies and procedures;
-Communicate with the supplier and relevant people for the payment records;
-Reconcile the accrual AP, accounts payable, other payable, pre-payment;
-File payment voucher;
-Other tasks assigned by reporting manager

Position requirements:
-Bachelor degree and above. Finance management/Accounting related major
-More than 1 years’ experience in accounting experience, Familiar with Local China GAAP, Tax and other statutory requirements
-Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
-Detailed and Process oriented.
-Ability to drive results without a great deal of direct supervision. 举报 分享
