职位描述：
Job Summary:
This position is to provide manufacturing techinical support to production mainly in assembly process.

Job Accountabilities
1. Optimize assembly cell layout and develop assembly process for new products and existing products. Day by day review WI/SOE/OMS implement in assembly, Make sure the assembly process is under control safety and quality to production. Coordinate the developing of tooling, assembly equipment, assembly fixtures to assure efficient operation and sufficient capacity for all products.
2.Review and analyze the production data such as reject rate, down time, cycle time, etc. Lead CIs & Kaizens and JDI in assembly area at least monthly. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement & Training & Coaching daily, weekly and monthly.
3.Conduct cost estimate for the assembly parts, Create and maintain production data weekly and monthly like BOM & SOE & Drawing & Routing etc. follow Global WI as IPN & ECP & PRN.
4.Complete transfer projects from other and establish the WI/SOE/OMS, support team to material localization.
5.Work with the NPD engineer in new projects design evaluation, and new projects qualification. Develop the assembly set-up parameters for the specific product.

Minimum Requirements
1.Bachelor of Mechnical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
2.Minimum 3 years' working experience in the assembly area with multi-national companies.
3.Good knowledge and assembly process & fixture developing and control.
4.Understand TS16949 requirements. Experienced in PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, etc.
5.A good team player with good interpersonal skills. Good problem solving skills.
6.Good English skill in reading and writing, speaking skill preferred.
7.Engineer Certifiacte preferred.
8.CET 4 at least, CET 6 preferred 举报 分享
