Responsibility:

Keep and grow Wuxi automation team as an important team of Automation Shanghai in order to
1.Duplicate, transfer and upgrade auto systems in Wuxi factory.
2.Provide technical support and issue debugging to the online auto systems in field.
3.Develop mfg fixtures for Wuxi production lines.
4.Work with automation Shanghai to collect feedback on quality and functions of auto systems and propose new auto projects.

Requirement:

1.Master degree or above in mechanical or automation.
2.8 years of experience in mechanical design, preferred 3 years in automation equipments development.
3.At least 2 years of experience in project management or technical team management.
4.Good communication skills both in English and Chinese.
5.Proactive working attitude and good team work spirit.
