Responsibility:

Develop the manufacturing process for the product which is in R&D and NPI phase;

Optimize and ehance the current processes running in current product lines.

Requirement:

B.S or M.S in Optics, Electronics, Mechanics and related majors;

2+ years previous working experience in optical communication, semiconductor, electronics and related industries;

Familiar with the passive/active optical components and modules, such as DWDM, Isolator, VOA, DCF, EDFA, TODC, ROADM, Transceiver, Transponder, Pump Laser;

Strong problem-solving capabilities on process definition and optimization;

Team spitit and good interpersonal skills.
