职位描述：
Job responsibilities:
1) Responsible for the sales management in store, and promote team work to achieve the sales target.
2) Responsible for the financial management and complete all forms request from company in time.
3) Responsible for warehouse management (ordering, allocation, return, replenishment), regular stocktaking and so on.
4) Collect information about the activities of the mall and competitors.
5) Actively participate in employee training, including product knowledge, service quality, basic computer operation, etc.
6) Keep abreast of employees' attitudes and well communicate to reduce turnover.
7) Actively maintain brand image. Strictly comply with the requirements of brand operation.

Qualifications:
1) More than 3 years retail management experience, strong store management experience, business trip is preferred.
2) Proficient in team management, customer management, commodity management, display management, logistics distribution, familiar with the formulation and implementation of the various processes of the store.
3) Strong affinity and computer skills in using computer and office software. 举报 分享
