职位描述：
Job purpose:
? The purpose of this role is to manage all commercial assets on a National China level. This consists of fridges, draught beer systems and other CAPEX investments.

Job challenge:
? Assets inventory & register & tracking.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Setup tracking process: Tracking cooler/draught inventory & register.
2. Develop asset allocation guidelines & Implementation: Cooler/draught allocation & implementation guidelines defined & embedded collaborate with channel managers.
3. Conduct quarterly tracking & reporting: Quarter tracking number of assets by channel, by BU, by city.
4. Various reports with proposed actions share to BU/TM on quarterly bases: action plan and implementation.
Qualifications:
1. More than 5 years’ relevant working experience to manage commercial assets.
2. Experience in FMCG industry is a plus.
3. Workable English.
4. Detailed and structured;
