职位描述：
- 负责公司来访人员的接待和引荐工作，保持良好的接待服务礼仪；
- 负责公司前台的电话接听和转接工作，做好来电咨询工作，重要的事项要认真记录并传达给相关人员；
- 负责公司各类信件、快递、报刊等签收、邮寄、分发和记录工作；
- 负责公司会议室使用安排、布置、设备操作及日常维护；
- 负责办公用品的采购、保管、统计和养护工作；
- 负责公司其他日常行政支持工作；
