职位描述：

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Materials Manager - will lead supply chain site long-term planning, inventory and production control requirements demonstrating strong integration with production/sourcing teams and cross-functional stakeholders (commercial/sales, product line/platform, engineering, project management, and fulfillment).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Implementation of standardized plant planning and materials management processes.

2. Lead the master production schedule for the business and ensure a consistent handoff of planning information to the site team: sourcing, & engineering

3. Implementation of standardized RIP processes including input-output models, slow moving inventory reduction and inventory segmentation. Manage MFG Orders and WIP inventory to ensure timely and accurate material transactions.

4. Responsible for PSI (Production/Sales/Inventory) process and fulfillment services performance. Communicate with sale/project fulfillment team on scheduling adjustment based on demand and production capacity/workload to ensure on time delivery with correct quality.

5. Coordinate with engineering/fulfillment teams to set up new BOMs and maintain accurate BOMs in system.

6. Analysis schedules, budgets, cost reports, identify & communicate issues.

7. Track and communicate critical KPI’s: Material on-time delivery, Inventory, product on-time delivery, etc.

8. Resource ownership for plant scheduling, materials planning, labor analysis, and material presentation.

9. Maintain the highest level of integrity and compliance in the team in all dealings with internal customers and outside suppliers.

10. Coordinates “ship-loose” material that is shipped with the final product to end customers.

11. Drive EHS culture at work site and take ownership of applicable EHS framework elements.

12. Ensure operational excellence through lean manufacturing initiatives, 5S, Kanban implementation, and visual management methodologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in facilitation and production control in a manufacturing environment, production planning, inventory management principles and practices, or materials management disciplines

2. Excellent computer skills, especially with excel

3. Excellent collaboration and communication skills

4. Results oriented

5. Oracle ERP experiences
