Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

? Work with China Marcom Director and global digital team to create and implement the Digital strategies, with the objectives of enhancing Chopard brand image
? Drive direct traffic to Chopard website, weibo, weixin, reinforcing key brand messages, and identifying and increasing brand awareness
? Create digital marketing budget, manage its usage
? Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns
? Design, build and maintain our social media presence
? Drive a consistent content generation
? Figure out how to leverage weibo, weixin, KOLs, / content marketing, and other emerging social media channels, to spread Chopard’s message to its targeted customers
? Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
? Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
? Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, and optimize user experience
? Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer tough points
? Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
? Be aware of competitive marketplace and of consumer trends
? Support the Commercial Team on e-commerce projects
? Communication and Marketing related to e-commerce future projects

Requirements
? Degree holder in Communications, PR/Marketing or related disciplines
? Minimum 8 years’ experience in working in similar level of marketing role in fashion, luxury, e-commerce environment
? Solid experience in managing social media channels effectively
? Rich project management experience
? Good exposure to on-line marketing / e-commerce, and digital environment is desirable
? Understanding of current marketing trends, including personalization, targeting and data-driven planning
? Ability to think both creatively and analytically
? Able to generate new ideas to effectively achieve digital goals
? Proactive, a good team player and able to manage third party resources
? Independent, collaborative and able to produce high quality work under tight deadlines
? Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and Web savvy
? Excellent communicator and is comfortable dealing with people from different levels
? Excellent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin 举报 分享
