职位描述
Responsibility
Budgeting & Planning
- Lead Suzhou budgeting process/exercise and coordinate with China team
- Support China finance and management to develop and implement plan and forecast process
- Support as internal contact face to update all the most up to date plan and budget information.
- Provide the monthly cash flow, project cost and income reporting;
Reporting & Analysis (Functional and Operational)
- Ensure timely & accurately completion of required Management Reporting and analysis;
- Establish, interpret and analyze accounting records of financial statements
Accounting
- Review entries to ensure all entries are following the relevant policies and standards;
- Lead closing process of China accounting team to ensure timely and accurate monthly finance closing
- Maintain high integrity and accuracy financial reports
- To work together with finance team on AR/AP, GL, cash and bank etc. improve efficiency and simplify the procedure;
- Prepares general ledger on a timely manner and ensure the smooth month end closing;
- Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, etc.
- To complete external and internal audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors;
- Maintain General Ledger, Monthly Closing and Account Reconciliation;
- Support to implement accounting SOX controls and follow up compliance of operation;
- Ensure effective and efficient communications with government departments and internal departments.
- Coordinate with global and local finance team for Oracle system implementation;
Assets Management (NOA) & Cash flow Management
- Maintain Cash flow management and risk analysis & control and drive for negative NOA targets achieved.
- Maintain accounting controls and record keeping for safeguard over company assets
Internal Control & Management and Internal Process improvement
- Support to develop/ optimize/implement company's internal control process, improve internal control environment across company through making proposals to higher authorities with data analysis.
Assist operation management team in ensuring the account maximizes its l
commercial potentials.
- Work with internal and external audit of completion audit report and assist controller to close the audit issues
- Drive for insuring company internal policies and procedures are adhered to.
Establish, review and propose improvement to relevant financial policies, procedures and streamlining of processes and workflows within China entities
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree, Accounting related Major
- 8 years above years of accounting experience in manufacturing MNCs
- Solid understanding of PRC GAAP
- Efficient; Hard working; Team player; Dedication into career; Self driven; Positive attitude; Easy going personality; Highly motivated and self disciplined; Responsible and loyal
- Capability to take challenging assignments and motivation for long term development
- Well spoken English and professional business English.
