职位描述
1.带领自己的团队完成公司每月制定的销售目标；
2.负责推广店铺生意/项目和联系长期合作伙伴；
3.合理的建议店铺促销活动及员工激励活动；
4.店铺日常工作管理，运营和销售人员管理：店铺人员管理等
5.货品管理：安排每月盘点，保证店铺库存的正确性。根据销售情况及时合理调配货品。
6.协调店铺与公司其他部门之间的工作，保持与各部门之间的沟通
7.与各商场沟通及促销活动的联系与反馈
8.与上司保持沟通 发现问题迅速寻求方法解决 并提出合理、有利的解决方法
任职条件
1.大专以上学历
2.3年以上相关工作经验，对销售有积极主动性，能独立带领团队做好营运工作
3.有一定的抗压能力，敬业精神,职业道德,团队合作精神。
4.英文读写流利，有一定的电脑操作能力；
