工作职责：
- 带领公司锁定目标群体，从用户、创收、品牌等三个纬度制定营销推广规划
- 对外树立品牌高度及知名度
- 通过各类创新的线上线下活动以提升品牌知名度
- 制定面向企业和消费者市场的战略营销计划
- 按照经营策略与伙伴及内容供应商建立战略合作关系
- 通过创新的市场策略开拓商机
- 负责亲自带领团队完成市场计划
- 制定市场活动项目管理及效果评核

任职条件：
- 3-5年急速节奏环境下的营销管理高层经验，有初创企业经验为佳
- 持市场营销、工商管理或商务相关专业硕士或本科学历
- 具备操盘线上成功营销案例者优先
- 具备国际视野和经验者优先
- 曾在母婴、幼教、动漫、亲子平台、活动中心及相关行业具备管理经验者优先
- 具备相关领域的理解和网络为佳
- 善于社交和对组成新的伙伴/联系人关系及加强现有的内部和外部关系有熟练技巧
- 极具创新性及分析力
- 优秀的沟通技巧 (电话、电邮及与人沟通时)
- 能与不同团队和外部伙伴跨专业合作
- 具备优越的管理能力及能够同时处理多项紧迫任务
- 敏锐的分析能力和批判性思维能力
- 具企业家思维
- 能够深刻理解传统与创新营销战略，有过类似通过合作伙伴发展客户以此推动并增加收益的经营活动经验，并有可靠的工作业绩证明
- 英语及普通话流利

Work Location: Shenzhen or Shanghai

Job description:
- lead the company to define target client groups, develop marketing and promotional plans from users, revenue and branding point of views
- build the awareness of the brand via integrated online and offline creative campaigns
- develop strategic marketing plan for both corporate and consumer markets
- help developing strategic alliances with partners and content providers in accordance to business strategy
- explore new business opportunities through innovative marketing strategies
- lead the team directly to complete marketing plans
- establish project management and evaluation system for marketing campaigns

Desired Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years experience working on a senior level in marketing in a fast-paced environment, startup experience is ideal
- MBA or BA in Marketing, Communications or Business
- successful track record in digital marketing is preferred
- international exposure and visions is preferred
- management experience in maternal and child, early childhood education, animation, parent-and- child platform, activity center and related industries is preferred
- understanding and network in relevant fields is preferable
- outgoing and skilled at forming new partnerships/contacts and strengthening existing ones internally and externally
- extremely creative with an analytical edge
- SUPREME communication skills (on the phone, over email and in person)
- can work cross-functionally with different teams and external partners
- possess strong management skills with an innate ability to juggle multiple priorities
- sharp analytical and critical thinking skills
- entrepreneurial mind set
- visionary with a deep understanding of traditional and innovative marketing strategies and a proven track record of creating campaigns and initiatives that will drive and increase revenue through partnerships with clients
