职位描述：
- Responsible for the process of the production process;
- Responsible for the preparation of reasonable and effective process documents; responsible for the effectiveness of process documents;
- Responsible for the fixed, optimization and adjustment of process parameters for the production line;
- Solve technical problems on the production site, organize the team to develop temporary containment measures, long-term corrective actions, and effective verification;
- Responsible for the judgment of the equipment precision, the judgment of the tooling, the accuracy of the tooling and the verification of the process parameters in the production progress;
- Assist to the settle the production equipment layout plan;
- Assist to optimize and improve the production line’s rhythms, analyze the invalid process and action, improve the hourly output;
- Supervise the production process according to the requirement of process execution;
      - Assist to evaluate the productivity of production workers;
- Prepare engineering departmental budget;
- Assist to work out the process concession acceptance criteria;
- Train operators to improve productive skills
- Weekly and monthly report work summary;
- Solve technical problems on production site, and train shift leader and operator.

Education Bachelor degree with a major in Mechanic
Experience 5-7 years working experience as Manufacturing Engineer in automotive industry
Language Both writing and oral in English are required
Computer Good computer skills(Word, Excel, Power point, AutoCAD etc)
Technical Skill Be familiar with TS16949 system and APQP, Geometry Dimension and Tolerance (GD&T), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Lean Manufacturing knowledge. Six Sigma or Shainin problem resolving skills will be a plus.
Soft Skill Good communication and coordination skill are required, team player, and can work under pressure.
