职位描述：
Job Description
1) To set up the service to meet the business need and identify proper vendors
2) To create optimal conditions to ensure lowest possible cost & fulfillment of service levels – ensure the cost effectiveness in the market and maintaining high service level
3) Negotiate and proceed the contracts with new or existing service providers
4) Set up database of potential vendor with different service lane & market rate for potential business development


Key Accountabilities/Duties
1) Establish & maintain the database of existing/potential vendors
2) Set up the vendor compliance criteria and audit process
3) Have a good understanding of transportation market. Have a strategic thinking on the APLL’s trucking resources, keep optimize it to meet the customers’ requirements.
4) Follow-up and analyze performance of the vendors and take appropriate actions if needed.
5) Analyze operational problems and produce solutions to meet customers’ satisfaction, assist team in the establishment of customer services standards.
6) Establish & maintain transportation rate database and cost analysis


Position requirements
1) Bachelor Degree;
2) 7 years working experience in transportation related area, at least 3 years of managerial experience, experience in vendor management;
3) Proven knowledge of the transport industry and logistics;
4) Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
5) Good interpersonal and leadership skills;
6) Understand Chinese dangerous goods regulation and industry trends;
7) Basic finance knowledge;
8) Process management & supply chain management knowledge; 举报 分享
