Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance-related discipline
持有相關會計/財務學位
? At least 2-3 years' relevant accounting experience
持有2-3年相關財務經驗
? Accounting qualification certificate
持有相關會計證書
? Good communication skills, Initiative, reliability, maintaining confidentiality
良好溝通技巧, 主動, 可靠
? Excellent Computer skills, experienced with MS office
熟悉使用電腦及懂微軟辦公軟件
? Good command of English
良好英語
Duties and Responsibilities
? Maintain accounting and tax filing record in accordance with local china requirement;
確保公司的財務報表及記錄符合國內法例/規訂
? Filing of China Company accounts and tax reporting in China;
處理公司財務報表及稅務申報
? Review payment voucher and correspondence including China Tax Invoice;
審核憑證/中國發票
? Prepare China invoice to client;
開票及處理中國發票
? Coordinate and liaise with admin personnel and service providers;
跟公司內部及服務供應商協調財務事項
? Liaise with auditor regarding to annual audit; and
處理公司年度審計及稅務審計
? Perform ad hoc duties assigned
