职位描述：
Main Responsibilities
？ Complete and maintain the project quality strategy for new product development or changes to existing products;
？ Follow APQP milestone, do PPAP documents expertly for new product development including SPC, MSA, PSW, Control Plan, etc.
？ Work with core team to improve in house FPY ,and communicate with oversea company together.
？ Conduct in solving quality issues experienced by customers (internal & external)
？ Supervise process control on-site, also including maintains the supplier corrective action system, follow up 8D and train suppliers on quality tools & methodology.
？ Supplier audit and supplier quality improvement;
？ Quality control of supplier part developing, verify parts in the "PPAP" process within the target dates;
？ Statistic KPI monthly , also maintain global strategy system;
？ Involve Global SOP to improve local manufactory quality
？ Has multiple international company background, upgrading managing skill,

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
？ Has multiple international managing background, support team performance improvement
？ Bachelors Degree or above in Engineering or Mechanical fields;
？ Strong statistical knowledge and demonstrated experience to perform statistical analysis;
？ Proved experience in process controls, process validation (IQ, PQ, OQ,SQ), document control, and supplier quality, Familiar with TS16949, VDA6.3 and VDA6.5 in plus;
？ At least 8 years or above experience in Quality Engineering or related experience within the industry manufactory filed
？ Good communication, organization, coordination abilities and high spirit of teamwork;
