职位描述：
Responsibilities
1、Manages/Integrates all supply constraints (provided by various entity) as a key input for supply planning calculation
2、Manage results of allocation and reply to forecast based on given allocation priorities (far-share, customer based etc.) as a key input for Global Business Unit on what quantities will be delivered when to meet the demand
3、Resolves planning exceptions after the weekly plan run to ensure the timely provision of purchase orders and planned orders/forecast as input into the production process
4、Reviews key Supply chain planning KPIs such as inventory turns, out-of-stock situation to improve the optimal use of the system and to ensure best-practice supply planning processes
5、Close collaboration with the Demand Planner to understand changes in the demand and impacts on the production and shipment schedule
6、Close collaboration with the Operations team in Asia to incorporate all relevant supply constraints/parameters into the supply planning system (parts inventories, parts delivery plans, lead time settings, production learning curve, rush orders, etc.)
7、Maintain all supply parameters in the system to optimize global inventory strategies (setting safety stock levels etc.) on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs in close coordination with the Demand Planner
8、Provide input into the monthly Sales &Operations planning meeting for the respective Wacom Business Unit with key stakeholders from Demand Planning, the Sales &Marketing organization, Finance and Production
9、Report global inventory DIO/monthly and alarm exceed KGI items (SKUs) with clear necessary action recommendation messages

Requirements
1、8 years of IT services industry experience as a developer/analyst
2、Atleast 2-3 full life cycle of Oracle/SAP Supply Chain Management/Value Chain Planning modules like Value Chain Execution, Order Orchestration and Fulfillment, Value Chain Planning, Advanced Planning, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Collaborative Planning, Demand Management, Demand Signal Repository, Global Order Promising, Inventory Optimization
3、Functional knowledge in Finance is desirable.
4、Good oral communication skills to be able to participate in internal team meetings and weekly meetings with the customer
5、Good E-mail communication skills to be able to write clear, effective and to the point E-mails within team and to the customer
