Position: Senior Sales Process Management Specialist-Package & Product Assembly
Report to: Pricing and Process Management Manager- Package & Product Assembly
Location: Shanghai

Job Summary
Support the Sales organization in all administrative aspects with the objective to ensure achievement of sales targets.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
? Execute the process of PPA order/contract/agreement in order to control the risk, comply with company policy.
? Daily coordination with sales/service people, customer and internal department, such as CS, finance, logistic to accelerate the order process.
? Execute the process of warranty order, return order, demo order and other special order.
? Set up and complete new customer record and contract record.
? Issue sales report to management, sales, and marketing as required.
? Consolidate the monthly report, forecast as required.
? Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.

Education and Experience
? College degree or above, major in Computer Technology, Commercials, English is preferred.
? At least 2 year working experience in sales and marketing assistance experience. Working experience in NMC is preferred.

? Integrity, hardworking, careful & positive working attitude and team spirit.
? Highly motivated and self-disciplined.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills.
? Good English speaking, writing, and Microsoft Office skills required.
? Can work under pressure.
? Customer orientated.
