职位描述：
General Duties
Process engineers work with all the elements involved in producing a particular product.
This involves overseeing the efficiency and safety of current manufacturing processes, as well as developing new processes to improve manufacturing efficiency or decrease its costs.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Lead responsible for process control and improvement for new project
2. Effectively cooperate with DC to optimize antenna design and validation;
3. Lead in new assembly line build-up;
4. Cooperation with quality team to deal with Quality Complain and Customer audit;
5. Be responsible for process documentation preparation and review, such as build report, flowchart, PFMEA, SOP etc.;
6. Process capability analysis, continuous process improvement and optimization
7. Responsible for productivity and capacity improvement, include manpower, line balance and assembly line layout optimization.

Skills and Specifications
-NPI Process, Fixture, packaging design.
-have good analytical skills and should be detail-oriented
-able to work in a team and follow deadlines
-have good communication skills
-Preferred: Lean experience; Familiar with 2D, 3D software; 举报 分享
