3.良好的沟通、表达及协调能力
Good communication, expression and coordination
4. 能看懂2D 和3D技术图
Can read 2D,3D technical drawing.
5.了解TS16949质量体系要求, 五大手册及8D工具
Know of TS16949 QMS requirement ,5 manuals and 8D tools.
6. 熟悉注塑常见缺陷及形成原因，较强的分析问题解决问题的能力,
       Familiar with usual injection molding defect and causes, Strong power of problem analysis and solving.

岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities:
1.Daily nok part statistics and nonconformity analysis.
负责每日现场不良品数据统计，及不良形成原因的分析；
2.Assistant supervisor to manage measurement room and incoming room;
负责协助质量主管，管理测量室，来料检验室；
3.Check and audit the worker`s operation according with WI, WPS;
负责监督，核查生产员工是否按照生产质量要求执行生产；
4.Tracking the corrective action of quality issue, and feedback the effectiveness.
负责跟进质量问题的改进措施，及措施有效性的反馈；
5.Rise up the requirement of new project/part measurement method and gauge;
负责对新项目产品的测量方法和测量工具提出要求
6.Support the supervisor to test the new project/part gauge and testing equipment.
负责协助质量主管对新项目/产品量、检具，测试仪器的试用和验收；
7.Monitor the rework/repair based on the related WI
负责监督返修返工按照相关作业指导书要求执行；
8.Report the mass, urgent quality issue to up level according with the escalation process
负责按照升级流程对批量、重大质量事故的通报；
9.New project/part inspection requirement and customer complaint corrective information training to inspector and worker.
负责培训检验员，生产员工新项目，新产品的检验要求和客户投诉整改信息；
10.Solving the quality issue on customer site if necessary.
必要时到客户现场处理一定的质量问题；
11.Execute other task from line leader.
