Job description:

1. To to defend the relevant intellectual property right of the group’s print media and new media;
2. To integrate and develop the groups’ resources, and assist the relevant departments to negotiate domestic and international copyright cooperation businesses;
3. To be responsible for routine management of copyright contract, including but not limited to:
  ----drafting copyright contract and the relevant shooting contract and license contract in Chinese and English;
  ----being responsible for negotiations of international and domestic copyright contracts, and registration and routine management of the relevant copyright contract of the group;
  ----reviewing and confirming audit of copyright clauses in the business contracts of the group’s departments;
  ----safeguarding copyright security, dealing with copyright-related disputes, and proposing solutions and handling suggestions;
4. To cooperate with business department of the group, and to supervise negotiations, management and follow-up implementation of contracts for intellectual property right, right of portrait and photographer involved in routine work;
5. To be responsible for intellectual property right trainings and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.


Job requirements:

1. Education and academic certificate of laws are required; 3-5years working experience and those with practical experience in moral rights such as intellectual property right, right of portrait and right of reputation are preferred, copyright experience being the key consideration.
2. Good command on English;
3. Good communication skill and logical thinking ability, and strong business negotiation ability;
4. Good learning ability, being able to improve professional knowledge and job skills depending on requirements of position;
5. Ability to work independently and good at work focusing on details. Active, ability to work under pressure and good teamwork.
