职位描述：
1. 负责微信小程序的开发与实现,保证小程序符合微信官方规范并提审；
2. 负责多平台Web页面的交互；
3. 负责对接后台服务接口、部署开发、完成面向互联网的应用开发；
4. 负责微信小程序上线后的优化与迭代开发；

任职要求：
1. 熟练掌握微信小程序开发技术、了解相关技术社区和发展趋势；
2. 两年以上前端开发经验, 有跨浏览器兼容性开发经验；
3. 精通HTML5/CSS3和JavaScript，熟悉页面架构与布局、能熟练使用jquery进行动态网页开发；
4. 对用户体验、交互流程有深刻理解；
5. 有迅速利用开源社区代码和系统敏捷开发能力；
6. 较强的沟通理解能力，为人踏实，办事认真，良好的团队合作精神；
