工作内容
Job Responsibility
车间行政支持
WS administration support
*负责安排生产经理的工作日程、提供差旅支持并处理费用报销Provide Production manager with travelling support including calendar management, travel arrangement and expense claims, etc
*生产经理日常电话、传真的接听、转达和记录Provide daily administration support for Production manager including answering telephone, taking a message, fax delivery, etc
*支持安排车间员工的差旅事宜，包括预订酒店（由公司结算）、预订机票（由公司结算）、机票授权等WS travelling support including hotel reservation, booking flight ticket (paid by the company Only), ticket authorization, etc
*协调组织车间的会议安排，提供翻译支持，并做好会议纪要，以及后续的跟踪反馈Organize and arrange Workshop meeting, provide support for translation, meeting minutes, feedback, etc
*协助生产经理处理日常来访人员的接待工作，包括交通等安排Assist WS to receive visitors and transportation, etc
车间行政管理
WS administration management *执行车间各项规章制度和工作流程Implement various Workshop regulations and working process
*协助生产经理下达工作指示、工作要求，以及安全生产并跟进监督执行情况Assist WS to issue various work instructions or requirements for healthy and safety
*车间办公用品及其他消耗品的需求汇总、申请，月度费用审核，并及时提交付款申请Collect and audit the application forms of stationery and other consumables of WS, and timely submit to the right person
*车间固定资产管理Be responsible for WS fixed asset management
跨部门沟通
Cross-sector communication *车间考勤、年假计划的收集、汇总、审核并及时提交办公室助理
Collect, audit and submit working attendance, annual leave planning of WS to BU FTS.
*根据公司相关规定及要求，管理车间网络课堂
Be responsible for E-learning in accordance with the rules of the company
SAP操作
SAP operation *在SAP创建、维护生产需求。Create and maintain purchase order in SAP.
*及时处理所创建维护的生产需求出现的各种问题,以及车间工时问题。Fix all the problem from PR, deal with all kinds of working hours and other work for the workshop staff in SAP
根据SAP，及时处理追踪设计以及采购问题。Deal and follow up with the problems Design and purchase.



任职要求
Job Requirements:

本科及以上学历，工商管理、国际贸易或英语相关专业
Bachelor degree or above, major in Business Administration, international trade or English
至少3年以上相关经验
At least 3 years relevant working experiences
熟练使用Office办公软件，会使用ERP/SAP 系统更佳;
Good at using MS Office，having experience in using ERP/SAP is a plus；
具有良好的英语听说读写能力；英语6级或以上; 会德语者优先
CET-6 or above in English, with good oral and written English; German is a plus
 外貌端正，举止大方，口齿清楚;
Good image；generous manner，Speak Clearly;
 良好的沟通能力，责任心强，思路清晰，有条理；

上海申克机械有限公司-FTS事业部（Filling Testing System）是申克公司的全资子公司并隶属于杜尔集团。申克DSC公司为汽车工业提供加液设备和装配技术。
FTS事业部于1999年在上海建立自己的维修服务站，负责杜尔SOMAC公司产品安装、调试、服务、培训、跟班作业和备件销售方面的业务。这个服务站于2008年并入上海申克机械有限公司，成立为FTS部门。
